The Cleaning Plan is a residential cleaning and organizing service in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. We are thorough and efficient with a flair for detail that comes with experience and an extensive training program.
What We Do
We work with you to come up with a custom cleaning plan for your home; your particular needs; your unique family and lifestyle. We do what needs to be done in your house according to your priorities, using common sense cleaning. Instead of a stock checklist, we use a checklist that's designed for your home. We know how to "get ready for company" or organize that cupboard under the kitchen sink. We dust by hand; no feather dusters. We know how to make your stainless steel sparkle like new. We know how to clean your wood floors without disturbing the finish. If your linen closet is a nightmare, we can fix that; usually, in about an hour.
We are available for weekly cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning, monthly cleaning, or as-needed cleaning.
How much does it cost?
We charge $25 per hour, per cleaner. Typically, there will be one or two cleaners per project, depending upon the scope of the job. (Two cleaners for two hours=four hours/$100).
You decide how much time you want us to spend and what you'd like us to do during that time. We offer recommendations for what you want to accomplish. If you want your house mother-in-law-overnight-visit clean, it will take longer than the getting ready for a two-kid play date or a basic cleaning. But again, you decide.
